Description of Work: Fixed stairs and other things. Provided quote requested. The only bad thing is I asked for a quote for the stairs and he went ahead and did the work without a quote. That's not too bad but if his cost had been too high what should I have done? It wasn't and his take charge attitude was great!

+ -1 moreExcellent, We found him on Angie's list. Called, he came right away, installed a new jet pump, it did not work, fixed the switch, it worked but the well valve was clogged because the house was not occupied for 1 year. Repaired the well pipes/valve. Cleaned all the toilet tanks after silt accumulated as a result of the replacement of well pipes. Checked in on us when the power went out in the middle of his work during a hurricane. Calls back and shows up when you expect him to. Friendly and professional. We will have him do more work: install a kitchen sink and water filter.
Description of Work: Plumbing, installed new jet pump, repaired well valve/pipe, made sure toilets, sinks worked and had good pressure. Very professional and friendly. Bill itemized/price fair. Caring, he actually stopped by to check on us when the power went out in the middle of his work.

+ 1 moreHe has been doing work for us for 30 years. He is very innovative, professional, and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about being environmentally friendly and within code. He also will continue doing the work until the job is finished. We know we can rely on and trust him.
Description of Work: This morning he is replacing siding on the house. He has also done lots of other jobs for us including installing a ceiling fan and refinishing the floors.
