DON"T HIRE THIS MAN, BAD NEWS: When he came, I told him about a sump pump and asked him to please watch out for it and not bulldoze dirt over it. Guess what, clogged it. Had a back up and it flooded my finished family room. Not to mention, my lawn is all weeds, he never came back to fix it. never pulled the stumps, which was part of the contract, had to hire someone else. Big waste of money. If he tells you he guarantees his work, don't believe him.

They were awesome , polite and very talented.

While other tree removal firms were weeks or even months out from doing this project, Solari Property Care and Excavation got it done within the same week of being hired. They left the lot in excellent condition and ready for the builder to begin. Brandon Solari is smart, young, and got it done!

Quick and efficiently and on schedule

He was delayed due to snow, so he was not able to do the yard cleanup, we'll schedule that for the spring.

Everything has worked out great. Brandon and his crew are very friendly, professional and helpful.

Couldn't be happier. Work occurred in 3 separate projects. Workers were prompt, professional, worked long hours with minimal breaks. Accommodated reasonable requests (changes) without argument. Pricing was very fair for the work done. Deck has maintained it's drainage (which required complex laser leveling given the confined space), and looks fantastic. Brandon is great.

He is very responsive to any inquiries or requests, always flexible with scheduling, and we have been very happy and satisfied with all of his services - not once has he disappointed us.
