Mac the Electrician called back with in 24 hours as promised. He tried to schedule us in between jobs but was unable too. He kept in touch with us regarding our appointment. When appointment was scheduled he arrived on time. He came prepared for the job. All work was done to our satisfaction. Mac was professional in all aspects of the job. Extremely pleased and will use M & L Electric for other electrical projects.

After the October snowstorm, I realized it was time to get a portable home generator. We are seniors and had no knowledge of what kind, how big or installation procedures. I called ML Electric and Marc came down and walked me through the process, advised me as to what size generator I would need, how they worked, etc. He gave me a great overview, answer every and all questions (sometimes more than once), and conducted a great tutorial. About a week later, he called to tell me that most of the stores didn't have transfer boxes because of the October storms in the northeast, and to let me know our local Home Depot had only one and I should consider going over and getting it, because they didn't know when they would have more in stock. I missed his call. Later that same day he took the time to stop by because he didn't hear back from me, just to make sure I understood, it would be best to get over there. Knowing I was not familiar with any of this, he asked me if I wanted him to go with me. He took me to the store, took everything out of the packaging at the store to make sure we had all we needed for the installation. We then went and looked at the generators in the store, so I would know what to look for for my generator purchase. Marc and his associate Ben spent a day running the wires from the main power to the transfer box, cutting through the garage wall to run wire to where the generator would plug in outside, and were very thorough and meticulous and neat. You would never know they cut into the walls and through the ceilings when they were finished. They explained everything I would ever need to know about how and why things were being done. Mark told me that after I purchased the generator, he would come back to show me how to work it. I purchased the generator a couple of weeks later and Marc came back, and again, gave me a thorough and detailed tutorial in how to work the generator. After testing the generator and making sure the wiring and circuits were how I wanted, I thought I would be better having a different circuit in my kitchen. No problem. The next morning Ben came rewired the circuit into my kitchen, and checked again to make sure things were as I wanted. These gentlemen could not have been any more considerate or helpful. The experience was more like dealing with trusted friends than an electrical contractor. I placed my absolute trust in their judgement, and based on my experience, I couldn't recommend them any higher. They took all the anxiety out of the process and I can't thank them enough, not only for their help, but also for their consideration and understanding.
