Description of Work: They really did no work , they just said they were doing work. I spent over $3,000 with them taking all their recommendations and my system never worked. They will charge you and charge you for nothing them take you to small claims court hoping you will not show up. They are terrorizing people in Kennebunk, preying on older people who do not have the means. I look forward to going to court and exposing them.

Description of Work: Fixed Leakey faucet downstairs. They Wes suppose to fix the faucet upstairs and did not. Said they would come back and never did. We called them and they did adjust the bill. We still have a faucet issue that needs to be addressed.

Description of Work: We called G&P because we had water in our basemen. There was a $79 minimum charge to come to our, which we were not made awear of. That is their hourly charge ($79). They worked on the issue for 1.25 hrs (but charged for 1.75 hrs). The issue was misdiagnosed. The correct diagnosis was made in 10 minutes (not 1.25 hrs) by another company (Curt Muller, 207-883-0148). We paid $138 for an incorrect diagnosis and no work!!! Do not go to GARRETT & PILLSBURY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
