+ -1 moreThey are very good. They come whenever we call them. We have a bad driveway so sometimes we would call them and tell them to come since the weather is good and they do. They are pleasant and helpful.

+ -1 moreI have an annual service fee so depending on the size of my reservoir tank and household size I set up a plan to pay so much per gallon per delivery. The price varies from day to day, depending on the price of heating oil. They have been very responsive and the technicians have been excellent. The only negative is that their billing procedure is confusing; but their service is good.
Description of Work: I use Down East Energy Kennebunk for home heating oil delivery. I also buy propane and they clean my oil boiler.

Description of Work: We have a contract with Down East Energy. We paid them about $250 to insure that they would maintain and/or repair water heater and boiler as needed. Service person came a little late (no big deal). Worked on issue for over 1 and a half hours. When he left, he said he would write up a report with a recommendation via USPS. That was over 3 weeks ago. In the mean time we contracted with another person to deal with the issue. The issue was rectified. We have yet to hear from Down East Energy. Have a nice warm winter.
