Brooks roofing was available for an estimate at a time convenient for me. It was clear what he would do, where the issues and potential problems would be, when he could do the work and the price. Since it was a small job, he was able to do the work the following day in about 2-3 hours. I reviewed the work when he finished and it looked very good. Blended in with other shingle, no exposed nails, all exposed areas covered and protected.

I had water pouring into my living room from ice dams on my roof. I called Brooks at 6:30 A.M., and they called me back within the hour, and were at my place half an hour later. They gave me an estimate of $150, which is exactly what the bill was. They did an excellent and thorough job. I will have them back sometime for an assessment of my old roof, and would use them if/when I need a new one.

During the heavy rains of September I experienced a minor roof leak. My roof is only 13 yrs old so I suspected the problem to be minor. I contacted Brooks and asked that they check the roof to determine the source of the leak. They responded promptly and determined that the possible source of the leak was the rubber boot surrounding the plumbing vent pipes they replaced the boots on both pipes and I have not had a recurrence of the problem.

I just bought the house and I discovered a leak in the middle of winter. Most roofers would want to reroof the whole house but I couldn't afford it. These guys were willing to do just a portion. They squeezed my small job in at their convenience but it was just a couple of weeks. They were done in two days and it looked great. They also advised me on the condition of the rest of the roof. I'll have them back to do more of the roof when I have the money.

No problems from the very first. Jesse showed up for the estimate on time, gave us the estimate quickly, we accepted his proposal (chose Brooks from 3 quotes). Absolutely no complaints! Job was done in a very professional, prompt manner - clean up was very thorough.

Excellent contractor!! Provided a prompt estimate and was very responsive to questions we had. Scheduled installation and showed up on time each day. Cleaned up after each day's work - including raking the lawn and putting outdoor furniture, plants, etc. back in place. Completed job in a timely fashion. Jesse Brooks is very professional and so are his employees.
