Description of Work: Demo and remodel of 1/3 of our house to include a beautiful new kitchen. Our design required the removal of two walls and splitting a downstairs bedroom in two to create a laundry room/half bath and a small office. We live in a small 80's-built Cape that was chopped up in into many small rooms. We worked for over a year on designing a beautiful kitchen and a workable living space out of a nightmare of tiny rooms. Because we were working from our own design we needed to work with a builder who could interpret our rough drawings into the many materials and details that went to the end result. We found their advice leading up to the project to be indispensable. And their very detailed price estimates allowed us to not only subtract items to save cost but also subtract in order to add things we thought would improve the space. Example: Deciding to build a base from tablelegs.com for a table top we already owned allowed us to take a custom table off the quote and do an appliance upgrade). It was also very important to us to have a builder that showed up everyday once the project started. At this Bowley was amazing. Not only did the project move at a steady pace, but we were updated regularly about what was next and where that placed in the time schedule.
