+ -1 moreMy parents called in a panic with computer problems; before I could respond they connected with an online company that promised to help but turned out to be a scam. In the meantime my husband found Arundel Computer Service through Angie's list, talked with them, and eventually my parents had Wade come out to their home. He was flexible (apparently they had to reschedule twice), professional, and reassuring. He answered their questions and did some small extras that were huge to them: organized their most used links in easy to find folders, etc. My mother called me before his car left the drive and after a week of being worried and ready to throw the computer out, she sounded so happy, and we are glad they have a local resource to call on if things go wrong in the future. They noted that the price was fair, and came with some kind of followup guarantee (a week maybe?) should there be a problem.
Description of Work: Cleaned out virus, removed unnecessary programs, organized folders for ease and increased computer speed. Removed all spyware. Recommended and verified anti-viral and security software installation.
