We had a fence panel blow down this winter. The panels were purchased and installed by Anchor Fence Company in Kennebunk about 10 years ago. I contacted the company and Keith came out to estimate the repair. Much to my surprise he was able to put the panel back together and when I asked him to send the bill he just said for me to pay it forward. Very pleased and grateful.

They are the worst. Like talking to a pile of rocks. They will get it wrong, you name it, it will be wrong.

We had Anchor come to the house in 2014 and received an approximate estimate at the site visit. We anticipated that one would arrive via email but it didn't arrive - at that time we decided to put off the fence anyway. We called in April 2015 to see if we could have them come back and provide a formal estimate. It took a few weeks to have the site visit due to the busy season. Site visit occured in mid-May and we put down roughly 1/2 of the estimate. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks and I did call at the 5 week mark to see where we were with scheduling. They scheduled us for 6/25 and arrived promptly with Matt who gave the crew directions of what the job entailed. Both workers were professional and took any removed soil/ debris to an area we designated using a wheelbarrow they brought to the site. We were on hand during the install in case questions came up. It looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. Our property line "zigs" a little and they were all over it. Highly recommend!

The fence was done as planned and looks good. My problem was with the guys who put in the fence. They used our private road without asking permission. Several times up and down, setting off my driveway alarm and tramping on flowers on the side of the road. I understand why they did it (to carry posts and rails to the site), but they could have asked. Then they parked on our land and almost backed over a covered post that we had just replaced over internet wires. My husband tried to tell them that our high power lines as well as internet lines were buried at that site and they shouldn't be in there anyway because in addition, it is a wet area. When I went down to talk with them they took off so I called the manager of the golf course who told me they were supposed to park on the fairway, not there. Now I have a mess where the wheels of their truck dug around in that area. Later, I tried to trim the weeds on edges of my road and kept hitting piles of dirt. Each time they dug a post hole, they threw the clumps over onto our land! Now I have to clean up their mess to be able to use my trimmer.

Very pleased. After initial contact, the estimate was completed promptly. They offered excellent options. I received multiple estimates and they were very reasonably priced. They were also able to offer a design of fence, that no one else could offer, because they construct the fence. The job was completed within the estimated time frame. It has now survived this brutal winter of 2014-15. There however is one section, by the gate, where it has sunken down causing it not to close. A phone call later, they sent someone out and fixed the problem. Extremely friendly and professional. I would absolutely use their service again and recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Matt came out and listened to our requirements and presented us with several choices. He helped us evaluate each and also the final selection. He followed up with a highly competitive quote and engaged his services. Within two weeks the fence was installed as described and looks great. Will most definitely use them in the future

The guy who gave us the estimate was very professional and the guys who came to do the job did a good job. We got estimates from three companies and they were the best. We have them out there doing another job.

The team arrived on time and did a neat job of removing the old fence and installing the numerous fence poles.

i felt the price was good (except for the new section which was short and i thought expensive at $900 for a two panels of fence 4 posts and a gate). everything went great on the job for the repairs, i'm happy with the work. they accomplished all the repair work in the course of a day. the installation of the new section of fence was not so great. they set posts too close together initially. i had to wait a long period of time for the final gate to be made and had to call them back to reset the posts prior which set things back. i also had to call them back to secure part of the new gate which should have been bolted to the adjacent structure. everything is working well and holding up ok now after a winter. overall i'm happy with the work, but i am disappointed in the new fence which was set with the 4 posts not in alignment (when you look along the top of the fence the posts aren't in a straight line). i'd be a happy customer except for the fact that every time i look at the fence which runs along the side of my porch i see the imperfections.
