+ -1 moreThere is also a carpenter that Leon has let me use and his name is David Powning. They have done all sorts of incredible restoration work. He does a lot of wood carving and very meticulous. They are a re joy to be with.
Description of Work: Leon actually built our home 30 years ago and we have used him several times over the years since on another home.

+ -1 moreExtremely well. Leon comes with extensive experience and lots of great ideas of how to tackle problems. He also brought in good subs for work he doesn't do, i.e. floor finishing and mudding, etc. He also had a great crew with experience and know how. They were willing to tackle any job/problem that occurred and took on additional work that was not originally requested but which my wife and I decided to do because we saw how good Leon and his crew did on the original work contracted. Leon is very accommodating and fun to work with. He allowed me to assist where possible and my capabilities fit thus saving time and money. We hired him for other small jobs over the years and would not hesitate to work with him on any large project or small job.
Description of Work: Kitchen addition and bath redo, plus general rehab of whole house including every room except master bedroom. Also extensive outside work including preping for new roofing and weatherizing.
