great local business very nice and honest people they wonâ t try and sell you stuff that you donâ t actually need been using them for almost a decade as long as theyâ re around I wonâ t go with anyone else

This work was for chimney liner cleaning with a pellet stove insert. We were assured that this provider had worked with these stoves. Unfortunately we had to stop the work and will have to pay extra to have installers come to reset liner. Black Cat did not charge us. A week in, still waiting for everyone. Recommend provider assess before pulling things apart.

Fantastic chimney sweet. He is my new go to person after having used A top for years and they wouldn’t schedule until next spring and we had smoking into the house. Gary came in a few days and fixed it and priced fair and nice person.

Realistic schedule.

My experience was very poor. They never sent me a detailed report on the inspection. I called to request it and was told I would have it by the end of that week. I never received it. I called once more and was told the family had an emergency and someone would get back to me. They never did. The inspector told me I had one flue when in fact I had two. And he told me with just a little work the LR fireplace could be used. I was told by another chimney expert that I have 2 flues and he would recommend not using the one for the LR. Overall, a waste of my money.
