This company is just what you like to see in New England, a family owned family run organization who's customer service is second to none. On top of all that Gary did a very thorough very affordable cleaning of my Woodstove pipe, and the vent cap, which no one in the past had ever bothered to clean. My only reason for giving them a 4 rating was because all the soot and gunk cleaned off the vent cap was left on my back porch for me to clean and as a 100% disabled veteran that's not the easiest thing for me to do.

I called Gary's Chimney and asked for an appointment this week. It was last minute but they made room for me in their schedule. They showed up on time and everybody at Gary's Chimney were very helpful and easy yo work with.

Arrived on time. Gave me all the necessary information and did extra work. Very affordable!

In addition to Chimney work, Gary is a great handyman. He can a lot of things: Gary can do about anything & is quite willing to do about everything! I actually didn't think he charged me enough, initially. He is very reasonable. He is also a great communicator.
