Spoke to Harvey and explained a boiler issue. He immedialtey suggested a fix which I could do by repressurising the tank myself. He walked me through it on the phone and was honest in his assessment. He did not charge for the phone help and was excellent. I had a subsequent issue which he sent his service engineer John to review. John was professional, courteous and gave a frank and honest assessment and did not try to simply sell something which wasn't required. The issues I had experienced previously were gone and the water flow pressure was better than ever as was the temperature stability. Amazing service from true professionals.

Very prompt and thorough with imformation. Very neat workers with genuine concern for leaving thing as they were when they came in. A prompt follow-up call by Mr. Multer verifying everything was done to my satisfaction was much appreciated. Have not used system yet so cannot rate that; but, Lennox is a well-known reliable brand so do not anticipate any problems.

Good job who fixes those portable A/C units, which is hard to find a company or repairman who will fix them in the area. Thanks Harvey!
