Their tech was very knowledgeable and he identified the problem with my boiler quickly. Harvey at AirServ recommended replacing my boiler and I received the boiler replacement quote within a week. I would recommend them for repair work and will use them in the future. Unfortunately their price for a replacement boiler was $4000 more than the next installer for the same boiler so I will not be having them install the new boiler. Overall they are a good company to do business with.

Harvey is a knowledgable pro and had a creative approach to our unique project; installing a commercial salt therapy room. His associate, Ryan, did a great job installing. Can't say enough good things about these folks! Estimate was reasonable and bill had no surprises.

Very good communication. Had multiple long conversations with lots of questions and answers. Felt fully informed. Installation of furnace accomplished earlier than expected. Still a bit too early to see if furnace is performing flawlessly, but so far all looks good.
