Nice guy checked it out & explained how to set humidifier. It was $125 to look at it!

WOW, $274 FOR 20 MINUTES OF WORK! NO PARTS! JUST A CLOGGED HOSE! LAST TIME THEY WERE HERE and they CHARGED ME $500 just FOR A $50 PUMP I COULD BUY AT for $50, I should have known better and now I do! Go elsewhere, please!

They charged me $235.00 just for coming to my house. It was on a Sunday and I accepted that. But, when they charged me $365.00 for a relief valve which can be purchased at a home appliance store for $31.00 or so, I knew they were ripping me off. They also wanted to replace two other parts for the same $365.00 that also retails for approximately $30.00 to $35.00. Then the kid tried to tell me he could not bleed the air out of the line unless he replaced one of the valves. I explained to him that he could still bleed the air out without replacing a valve that apparently was slow responding. Finally he did bleed the air out. I could go on but I am tired of thinking about these people.

I don't like to put five stars on anyone,or anything,perfect would be they did it for free. and that is not saying that i don't believe everyone's time is worth something, because it is. So four and half is as close to perfect as one can get. They were on time,called right as they pulled into my driveway,spent a few hours working on my furnace and let me know when they we're done,I really couldn't and wouldn't ask for anything more.great Job!

He also kept everything clean around his work area.

Charged as much as they quoted. Got the job done.

They were on time, made the repairs quickly and were polite and professional. The service tech identified potential future problem areas and made recommendations to prevent future issues. Great job!

Had furnace issues on a Saturday and the responded quickly and fixed it within an hour

The technician actually doing the work is great and very thorough. Their scheduling and being on time is awful. First day was 2.5 hours later than expected and they called me earlier that day saying they couldn?t make it. Then called me when they decided they could squeeze me in for a look, as they were 5 minutes away. Had to schedule the actual tune up for another day, which they were an hour late to even though I was the first appointment of the day. Also, their advantage plan pricing is very confusing.. I think I paid too much.

The tech arrived within hours of the call. He was courteous and explained the reason and workings of the oil heater for failing. He explained further questions that I asked. The office staff is friendly, prompt to texts and concerned.

That answered the call in a timely manor, did excellent work and left my home with a reliable running furnace, keeping my family warm all over. The service man was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was outstanding and fast.

It was easy to get an appointment that suited my schedule. The technician who came out arrived on time and was extremely courteous and helpful.

Pricy but fast and available in an emergency

They were very helpful and cared that I needed help. The technician arrived promptly as promised and was able to determine the problem, secure the part and had my furnace running again in very little time. I was very pleased with their professional service and would definitely call them again if needed.
