Plumber was a nice guy, neat and professional, but he couldn't fix my problem. My issue was that one of my two toilets didn't flush efficiently while the other one was fine. Plumber agreed that the flow was inadequate. He snaked and looked into the pipe but found nothing. He said it could be a defectively made American Standard toilet. His only suggestion was to replace the toilet with another American Standard toilet. I'm out $189 and the problem remains. I'm left thinking that a plumber with more expertise or better equipment could have fixed it. Maybe contact American Standard for suggestions? I would not use him again.
