so far, not well as of 4-28-17. Last week, the company responded fast and dug a hole that uncovered what they call a D box. I was home, but the crew left. I noticed them pulling away. They claim they tried to call me by knocking, but I can't see that they did. They left the hole, which is about 3 feet deep, not covered. An image is attached here. The hole is close to a garage. A car could easily have dropped a wheel in. They did not call me or contact me in any way about what the problem was. After repeated calls by me, they now say they need to bring in an excavator to uncover a different section. Apparently they uncovered the wrong place. The last time I needed a pump, some years ago, their man dug the hole himself and did it. I agree with an earlier review that there appears to be little or no communication between their crews and a woman named Tia, who may be the job coordinator. When I talked to her she actually seemed put off by my call, saying that she had 25 calls a day to coordinate, as if this is my problem. The company seems to have a monopoly in this area and they have very nice and shiny and doubtless expensive pump trucks, but the rest of the operations seems to be falling apart. I will say that it is difficult to find good labor in this Maine area, so they may be short handed or unwilling to pay enough to get good help. One thing I noticed, the men who did come did not wear any sort of protective gear. Their man who came some years ago did, but then he needed to get in the sewage. Perhaps these men did not, since they had dug in the wrong place. I will update this review, if i am allowed to do so, as work progresses, or doesn't.

R A Webber and Sons has pumped my septic tank twice (2009 and now), and I'll continue to use them in the future. Company is resposive, and usually is out to pump the same week you call - which I really like. Company seems professional, and the guy who came out to perform the job was hardworking and fast.

At first they were very prompt and very knowledgeable. Then the progress started to slack off as they were more interested in a bigger project they bid on after starting my project. After some time had passed, three young men showed up to finish what the more experienced men had started. They did not listen to instructions and the quality of work was poor. Culverts under the driveway do not touch the ground, so water can not enter and drain through to other side, same with drainage under basement. Materials were left around for months, before being cleaned up and left out in the elements. It's unfortunate they seem to be the only crew around for this type of work and tend to bid high, while work ethics slack.

Removed brush and large trees from Lot while we live in another state. Neighbors commented that they were informed of process and work crew was courteous. After we were able to remove belongings from cottage, contractors tore down and removed promptly.

Excellent work. They did all the cleanup leaving the site in perfect condition.
