Description of Work: Howard oversaw an addition of a dormer on the rear of our saltbox house in Brunswick, organizing the various subcontractors needed to complete the work, in addition to his carpentry and general work. They did a great job and his estimate was pretty accurate.

+ -1 moreWENT WELL. HE WAS CONSIDERATE ABOUT CLEANING UP AND LETTING US KNOW WHEN WE COULD OR COULD NOT USE THE GARAGE. HE USED TARPS TO CATCH DEBRIS, AND KEPT THE AREA CLEAN. THE JOB LOOKS GOOD.
Description of Work: HOWARD REPLACED MY GARAGE ROOF AND INSTALLED DRYER VENTS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND REASONABLE. I HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST, AND WOULD IN THE FUTURE. HE IS A GOOD BASIC BUILDER.
