+ -1 moreContractor did an excellent job. He documented rot and other structural damage to roof that needed repair, at additional cost of $250. Cleaned up after work.
Description of Work: Re-roof two car garage: Remove and dispose of old shingles; repair damage to roof sheathing; place new shingles (archituctural) and drip edge.
