BBI BUILDERS INC

I really like the job done by BBI and its subs. My house is an 1840 Greek revival home and they helped me keep it looking authentic. In the beginning as far payment went we said that we would have a cost plus contract, although we had done a good rough estimate before we started. My understanding was meant that BBI would show me the actual total cost of everything and then we would break it all down. Well, they had trouble showing me receipts of everything that was bought and done so that was frustrating for me. Initially I paid BBI what they told me that I owed them. But because it was bothering me I finally raised the issue with Kristine, BBI's Administrative Assistant. After some research, Kristine told me that I was actually over-charged by about $1,000 dollars. Thanks to Kristine, BBI eventually sent me a check for my overpayment. Despite my frustrations over the whole billing process, I do like the job done by BBI and would still recommend their business.
