+ -1 moreMark did an excellent job with excavating, using a backhoe to place and bury a water line for us. The landscaping job that followed was also done to all of our requests and actually exceeded our overall expectations. Mark takes pride in his work and it shows! He is very professional, is reasonably priced and is reliable. All qualities that are hard to find in today's market. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for someone that knows how to do a job and knows how to get it done right. We will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I have used Mark for years for snow plowing. He is ultra-reliable. I can contact him very easily. He is professional, neat, reliable, protects the property and takes care not to hurt the lawn and/or gardens as he plows. He shovels out the cars and entryway into the house. I have referred him to several other clients and businesses. He is a tad high priced, but his quality carries him through. He is very willing to work with his clients and takes his work seriously.

+ 1 moreI am a long distance landlord, I found Mark thru Angie's list. Mark responded to my original e-mail, we conversed by phone, he was very professional. I did not have enough money in my budget to do all we would like. We put our heads together and formed a plan to get the most pressing work done at a price I could afford. Note: Mark does not estimate a job by the $'s/hour and time, he just gives you an overall finished price estimate, (no real problem). We agreed on a price, I gave him a deposit, he arranged work times with the tenants, (tenants were satisfied), he completed the work as contracted and stayed within his estimate. I will definitely use Mark again.
Description of Work: Replaced rotten door sill. Replaced rotted cover for exterior basement entrance. Minor plumbing repairs, insulate toilet tank, repair leak. Checked smoke alarms, found 1 bad, replaced that and batteries in all units.

+ 4 moreAll jobs professionally done. Mark Danico is one of the best, responsible, prompt, reliable, honest, knows what he can do (and that is a lot!) and what he cannot. Keeps reasonable hours, gets job done quickly and efficiently, extremely fair prices. A+ satisfaction on this end!
Description of Work: Category not adequate, Mark Danico can do it all. Services included 1. reshingled house with cedar shingles, 2) land clearing, pond building, 3. backhoe excavation and chipping, 4. filling in a crumbling "cellar" 4. cabinet installation, sink and all plumbing. 5. Various misc. truck deliveries, ie compost, garden dirt, gravel etc.
