Mark did an excellent job with excavating, using a backhoe to place and bury a water line for us. The landscaping job that followed was also done to all of our requests and actually exceeded our overall expectations. Mark takes pride in his work and it shows! He is very professional, is reasonably priced and is reliable. All qualities that are hard to find in today's market. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for someone that knows how to do a job and knows how to get it done right. We will definitely use him again.

I am a long distance landlord, I found Mark thru Angie's list. Mark responded to my original e-mail, we conversed by phone, he was very professional. I did not have enough money in my budget to do all we would like. We put our heads together and formed a plan to get the most pressing work done at a price I could afford. Note: Mark does not estimate a job by the $'s/hour and time, he just gives you an overall finished price estimate, (no real problem). We agreed on a price, I gave him a deposit, he arranged work times with the tenants, (tenants were satisfied), he completed the work as contracted and stayed within his estimate. I will definitely use Mark again.
