Description of Work: We recently purchased a home as a rental property. The first time we were able to visit was in December. The weather was below zero and there was a snow storm. When we arrived to the home at 10:30 pm, we had no heat. We called the heat provider, who came to the home and indicated our boiler was frozen. He then left hurriedly, without helping us at all. We looked in the phone book and found Dennis Lounder. His office was closed and was not scheduled to open until the next day, so we left a message. Mr. Lounder called us that same day, even though his office was not open and scheduled a visit to our home. He brought out a crew of three others and began to thaw out our boiler and pipes. Unfortunately one of the pipes burst, but his crew stopped the leak immediately, so there was no lingering damage to the floor. Mr. Lounder and his crew were very professional. He recommended we replace the 30 year old boiler, which we did. The new boiler is very efficient resulting in less oil consumption for heat. He and his staff have been out to the house when we had questions and they were always more than willing to answer any questions we had. I recommend him to everyone!

Description of Work: Dennis and his workmen were prompt, knowledgeable and went right to work. They reworked and installed our upstairs heating system, which didn't previously work.

Description of Work: He plumbed an entire house when it was built in 2008/2009.
