1 day after the doors were installed I discovered the paint on one panel of each door was scraped off. After calling they sent out a Manager from the Rockland office who discovered the doors were rubbing against the door frame. In other words not properly installed. He told me how some of their installers were a little bit to much in a hurry sometimes. He took pictures and wanted to have someone come out and re-fit the doors and touch up the paint. Touching up the paint on 2 brand new doors was unacceptable to me as I felt the touch up would never exactly match the 2 brand new doors I just paid for. So about a week later they did replace the 2 damaged panels and to fix the rubbing against the door frame their installer, a different one this time, decided the best fix was to cut the trim on the inside of my garage to give the door more clearance. And what a butcher job he did on completing the cutting of the trim. Now after a recent rain storm I opened one of the doors and water started to drip on me from the windows. So another call to their office, another installer sent out to see what I was talking about, more pictures taken, especially of the butchered trim work that was cut by one of the previous installers. So again, they sent out another installer to replace the window section of the door which was leaking. So I come home from work and from the street I can see grease hand prints on the exterior of the door, like he was working on his engine, and upon further inspection I discovered the brand new panel installed has some scratch marks where the paint was worn off. Not really surprising considering if the installer left grease marks on the outside of the door why would he care about scratch marks. So again I called the office, of course by now the people answering the phone know me by my first name, and I got the usual were sorry, blah,blah,blah I have heard all the other times. It would seem if a man pays good money for brand new doors he shouldn't have to go through all of this very poor quality work and hassle. I asked one of the installers how the company makes any money when they have to come back numerous times he just laughed and said we wonder that same thing all the time. My biggest regret is not choosing Overhead door, the only reason I didn't was they were just a little more expensive but at this point I would have gladly paid the extra to get a quality job. A decision I truly regret.Now I am faced with the hassle of disputing the charges with my credit card company and probably having to deal with the added hassle of small claims. Anyone considering purchasing new doors I welcome you to come and see mine for yourself.

They were very helpful. Their service was fine.

They were great. When the spring first failed, I could not get the door open. They sent a guy out the same day. They did a temporary repair so I could use the garage and then ordered the parts. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs work on their garage door.

They came promptly. They are friendly. I would recommend and will call them back to replace the door that I have eventually. Their charge was reasonable.

We had no problems at all. Both of their trips were successful. We are happy with them.

Everything worked fine. It took a little while to get the part. The quality of the part failed within a short period of time, of about 5 years, which is not their fault. Their service was fine. My only criticism would be that they did not have the part on hand. They were professional and punctual. They showed up when they said they would.

It was the company that I used in the other cities and I had a good experience with the company itself so, when I needed one, I contacted them. It was a very competitive price. It was a good price although I don't remember exactly how much it was. They were back here in a nano second and fixed the door for free when I had a problem with the door. They were here again when I had another problem with the door without any charge. They were right back here and took me out to the barn so they could showed me the things to do to maintain it. They showed me everything. They were a very good company. I thought that their quality of work was very good. This was a second door that I have had them put in for me.
