 + 16 moreRichard is a really great guy. He is very personable. He worked hard and made sure everything was done to our specifications. He was fine with us adding things on to the job. Very patient with us. He was there every day until the job was complete. A friend of mine also had him remodel her entryway room into a little sun room. She also was very happy with him and his work. We would recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Richard remodeled our bathroom. It was just a small bath and he opened it up more . Added a shower and new toilet and sink.Tiled a portion of the wall and all of the floor.He also replaced the door to the bathroom. We also had him change the placement of our front door to a different part of the house. Also while he was here we had him redo one of our other floors with wood flooring. I have seen other woprk that Richard has done from the concrete basement to the house on top. He does wonderful work is a very pleasant person to deal with.

Description of Work: Richard renovated my front porch tomake it into an entrance /room. The quality of Richards work is over and above what other contractors have done.He worked in a timely manner, he showed up everyday as planned and cleaned up before he left. He was attentive to my wishes and accomplished how I expected it to be I recommend Mr. Richard Martin as a contractor for both small and large jobs. Richard has done alot of other odd jobs for me also including redoing my Roofs Home and garage.
