+ -1 moreWe called to schedule a window cleaning and they were booked out 2 weeks so we were scheduled for a cleaning today. They called yesterday and told me they were canceling because the forecast called for rain. Now, I had been keeping an eye on the weather all week so I knew that the weather for today was going to be a perfectly sunny day. I told the person on the phone that I don't know where she was getting her forecast from but the weather was going to be perfect so to please come because I have been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment and I have other projects waiting on the window cleaning. In fact, I looked up the weather while I was on the phone and confirmed perfect weather so to please come. She said she would get back to me and that is the last I heard from them. I called yesterday afternoon again and left a message to please call back for an arrival time today. No response. Of course today is a perfectly sunny day so I called and left a message again this morning with urgency. Again no response. I call and left 2 more messages again today and no response. Not sure what kind of business they are running but I have prepaid for this project and still have dirty windows.

Description of Work: Purchased a Groupon for window cleaning from them. It turns out they called right away. We made an appointment. He asked if I wanted all my windows cleaned. At first, I said no. Then I called back to ask how much for any additional windows. He called. I was gone. The date came, they never called again to confirm, that they'd be late or that they were not going to show. I waited all day Sept 27. No one came or called. I called Groupon on Monday to get my money refuned. I received the refund on the same day.

+ -1 moreIt was awful. There were three scheduling mix-ups, and it took nearly three months to get them to come to my house. On the day they were finally supposed to be there, they were a no show/no call. I had to track them down. Three hours after they were supposed to be here, a van load of unhappy people showed up. There were four or five people. They immediately spread all over my house, with one occupying the bathroom for most of the time they were here. Ironically, that window never got touched. One of them went around counting windows and came back and told me there would be "extra charges" because they don't do large windows or high windows, and that screens and window sills/tracks are extra. None of this was mentioned in the Living Social deal. At this point, I was super uncomfortable and just wanted them all out of my house. I let them finish, did a quick look-over, pointed out some of the obvious spots, and sent them on their way. They were in my home for less than fifteen minutes. Once the sun came out and I was able to see more clearly, it was obvious that they had NO IDEA how to clean windows. Streaks and smudges everywhere. The windows looked worse than when they did before Tru Window Cleaners came here.

Description of Work: They came and told us that three of the picture windows (51" X 44" each) we had were going to cost another 45 dollars each!!! A objected to the cost and went to call their office. When I went back outside - they got into their van and left. I did not use any foul language - nor did I yell at them. They are a bad outfit and I would not recommend anyone use them.
