Description of Work: Walter installed hardwood flooring, vinyl and carpet in a property we had just bought. Well done, exactly on time and budget. We've used Tarlings multiple times over the last 20 years, always with very good results. Used someone else whose price was only a tiny bit better to lay carpet in a bedroom once - not laid well and sorry we didn't use Tarlings! So we went back to Walter. He's super-easy to get along with and has great suggestions for your space and budget. Very happy with repeated use and Walter IS our floor guy!
