+ -1 moreI called KMM because Kent had installed an "economizer" a few years back and did a great job. I needed him to do a thorough cleaning as well as look at a zone that was not heating. He was on time, courteous, and personable. He was able to fix the thermostat by just taking it off and putting it back on -- only charged me $10 for that! Then, he did a thorough cleaning and tune up. He was here for nearly 2 hours, but the bill only came to $150, including the thermostat "fix". All in all great service and a totally positive experience. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Routine cleaning (after a couple years of inattention) and fix a zone that was not heating.
