Dangerous incorrect install. Have also learned that lights and locks came with my new openers but we're not installed nor provided. Paying another reputable installer to reinstall the door.

Duane from GT Garage Doors surveyed my garage doors for repair. He quoted me the cost of repairs for my 3 garage doors and replaced all 3 doors and garage door openers. The time of the job completion was in one day while I was there and even was able to save me some money for parts that were not needed for replacement. The GT Overhead Door team identified the root cause of the problem (incorrect spring size on last repair), installed the correct spring, adjusted the frame and mounts, verified the cable tension and put my garage door back into operation all within less than 45 minutes. They are now my 'go to' contractor for garage door installations and repairs.

They went above and beyond and removed some ant infested trim from where my old garage door was installed. But the new door looks and works great. I would definitely recommend them for another job.

Duane came out twice to survey the original garage doors. He ordered new doors and remotes and installed them in less then three weeks. He did an excellent job. The doors open smoothly and are almost silent. I would hire Duane again and highly recommend him!

I am happy to say I was more than pleased with the job Duane did. He replaced doors to a 3-car garage. They certainly were such an upgrade from the doors that were put in when the garage was built 10 years ago and his work was by far better.
