 + -1 moreI really appreciated being able to trust them in my home while not there. I've been a customer for about 2.0 years. Their invoicing always states the process they went through to resolve the problem ... so, you can understand why and feel comfortable with the money you're spending. Very professional and considerate. The furnace, albeit older, is purring once again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.S. The first time I called I had been with another outfit for 19 years and whom had gotten really sloppy with their analytics and work. The furnace had a problem which the old outfit couldn't resolve. I called Edmistons early evening and the owner spoke with me for more than 20 minutes listening to my story, trying to figure things out. I was home the first time they came and I couldn't have been more comfortable or happier with the outcome. And, during the time the owner was there, I was talking about a renovation I was planning for the house and he recommended a fellow (with a few stories to go with the recommendation). That recommendation, Dan O'Connell of Gray, Maine, renovated beautifully (and fairly) many parts of my home. These guys from Gray and Gray New Gloucester are amazing!
Description of Work: Furnace had been serviced for the season about one month previously ($275.00 - VERY THOROUGH), then the furnace began making unfamilar noises. It turned out the oil motor (?) (not the blower motor) needed replacement.

 + 0 moreThey are very responsive and they did a good job. They are very hard workers. They are easy to get on the phone and are willing to talk to you on the phone about any problems you have.
Description of Work: They installed a new inside and outside heatin and air system. They converted my oil system as well. They have also done some duct work as well.

Description of Work: Installed a new propane furnace after giving me an estimate. Took away old furnace and old oil tank.
