Lynn McInnis

Lynn was AWESOME! We relocated from out of state and my husband was doing all the house hunting while the rest of the family remained in our old home. Lynn was very knowledgable about the areas, she suggested towns with services and comuting times that would work for us. She knew a lot about the topography, geography, utilities, town services - basically everything. On the rare occasion she didn't know she was very quick to research and answer our questions. Lynn really GOT IT when we came to here with a list of wants and needs. She also did a wondeful job of thinking about my needs in my absence. She also did a great job of taking care of my husband who was very stressed being away from his family and having the huge responsibility of finding a perfect new home. Lynn always packed a home made lunch for both of them on their weekend expeditions. And when we had an unexpected hiccup in the mortgage paper work that delayed our closing by a week and left us all with out accomodation for a night (that would be 4 kids, 2 dogs and mom and dad) - she let us stay at her home. I can not say enough kind words about Lynn. She is an incredible buyers agent. We ended up with the perfect home after looking for 2 months and viewing 30-40 houses. Through it all she was pateint and understanding, optimistic and cheerful. We would have settled for something that kind of worked if Lynn had not encouraged us to keep looking. She said she knew we had found the right house when she saw it in our faces. And she knew the others were not right for us because she looked at my husband and said she could see there was no spark there.
