Since 1995 I have provided Honesty Integrity and Value (all of your biggest concerns right now)to thousands of home buyers and home owners I also Include a FREE Pest and Chimney Inspection with each General Building Inspection.In addition, just to keep things fun, one of my clients win their General Building Inspection Fee back every 6 months!

Jim didn’t find the rot that should have been going I had to replace whole right side of house. Him didn’t find the leaking oil tank that had to be replaced This guy had cost me close to 20 grand on items he should have found. Do not use.

Jim was punctual, friendly, and was happy to answer questions. Unfortunately, I had also scheduled the sewer scope/plumber at the same time and found myself split between the two. I was unable to follow Jim through the inspection which I would have liked to do.

Inspected our house, took photographs, wrote up a report that was easy to understand and delivered a written report upon completion and then emailed a typed up report with photos 1-2 days after inspection.
