Description of Work: The first time we called they were courteous and and prompt. The second time we called they tried to tell us that we have a pass due amount of $725. That was from the previous tenants that used propane.We use K1. She thought we were lying and even put the previous tenants name on our bill. The ONLY two times we used them we paid ahead of delivery. Not only was she rude she insulted us by calling us liars.
