Description of Work: Insulation work in breezeway and entire 2 car garage including ceiling and drywall installed over all. Some plumbing corrections made also.

Description of Work: They built a deck to the pool. The process on this project was a seamless one. From the first e-mail, communication was excellent. Nate and his team were professional and most importantly punctual. How often does that happen! He is approachable and honest, and came through a day ahead of schedule and under budget. When I got home that evening, the site was cleaned up without as much as a screw left behind. But above all the deck is beautiful! If you're looking for negatives with this review, there are none folks.

Description of Work: I have been steadily working with NE Builders in Maine for the past year. Nathan and his team are exceptionally professional and extremely skilled. From taking up a poor quality tile job from a previous contractor to installation of new doors and trim throughout the house, N-E Builders have consistently delivered a quality product. Nathan's commitment to quality is evident every step of the way to include unmatched attention to detail on the final walk thru to make sure everything was completed to exacting standards. I've dealt with a few contractors that struggle with follow-thru at the end of a job...not N-E builders. Nate wants to be sure it is done RIGHT above all else. Can not wait to get him started on a bathroom overhaul later this spring!

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. We received a reasonable estimate for the work. The project was for a condo association, and the board decided against going through with it, so unfortunately I wasn't able to hire this company. I would in the future.
Description of Work: I needed an estimate for work on decks for our condo association. He responded quickly to my questions via email, and came to look at the decks and give an estimate. My homeowners association decided not to go through with the work unfortunately, but I would have chosen this company.

+ 1 moreHe was very good. I would recommend him. He is very timely and very personable guy. He is competent. He did things on time. He did what he said he would do and how he said he's going to do it. He is a little bit expensive but it is worth it.
Description of Work: He did some stuff for us. He have to do some insulation work at the back of the house and he had to do filling underneath. He took care of that and he put a new door on our deck and basement...some various things.

+ 0 moreNate worked with me to find a door that would fit our oddly-shaped entryway and wouldn't require us to replace the whole frame, which would have been much more expensive. He checked four different vendors until he found what we needed. He was patient and responsive throughout the process, and his pricing was very reasonable. I'd definitely work with him again.
Description of Work: Hung a new door and made small repairs to the door frame that had been damaged by our dog. Nate also sealed up a large window from the outside that was tough to reach and in need of sealing.

+ 2 moreContractor arrived on time, did his work carefully and professionally, is a solid carpenter and engineer, very personable. Followed up with subcontractors nicely--was an all round positive experience. i would recommend him to anyone needing small or big contracting jobs done.
Description of Work: New screen doors on deck,replaced a basement door, sealed and capped a back wall for insulating, other jobs as required.
