They are responsive. They always get back to me within the day. Their rates are not low, but I think fair. They stay behind their work. They have a team approach, so if I have something done that needs plumbing and electrical in the wall they can do it all. I live alone, so the people that can do everything are really precious.

They did fine. I would recommend them. The job went well. We are happy with the products. They were responsive. They came back to do some tweaks when needed.

It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment with Bob Miles and Sons. and quot;Toryand quot; was pleasant and understanding when I had to cancel our initial appointment and was able to reschedule for me at the time I requested The plumber, Roger, was available to speak on the phone with my husband to answer a few questions before the appointment. Roger called before the appointment time to let us know he was running a few minutes late and then arrived very soon thereafter. I liked the fact that he spent a few minutes just looking at the configuration under the sink, measuring and even read the brief installation instructions for the faucet. Then he got immediately to work. He had everything he needed with him and didn't waste any time. He was quiet, tidy and efficient. He had a total for me and provided a receipt for my personal check. Good experience all around. Easy to schedule and reschedule, arrived when he said he would and didn't waste any time. And I didn't have to watch my husband hurt his back wriggling under the cabinet and trying to work in a very tight space around a truly large and deep sink I chose. Worth every dime.

The washing machine faucet was leaking. When I called for service I was scheduled almost one week out. Plumber arrived promptly, but according to the invoice, all he did was tighten the faucet. Since I had to pay for a minimum of 1 hr (work took less than 15 minutes) he could have replaced the faucets as they were old and starting to corrode. I had to have that work done a month later when I purchased a new washing machine.

This was on a job that had not been finished in a remodel. The work was done professionally, efficient, and I was pleased with the work.

Their service was priced reasonably, and their service went very well. I recommend them.

The plumber was prompt, professional, and cleaned up after himself. When he was finished, he even gave me some brief garbage disposal education. We will continue to use Bob Miles and Son for our plumbing needs.

We have relied on Bob Miles and Sons for plumbing needs for the last 10 years. Other plumbers push you off until sometime next week if it's a small job. Bob Miles never has. We've had a few basement floods. Bob Miles has always helped us promptly and efficiently.

They are very good and very professional.

We have used them since we started living here. We use him once every year or two. He is who we call if we have a problem. I would recommend him.

What I like is that when you call and make the appointment, he comes out quickly. He is very efficient. He gets right to work and fixes the problem. He doesn't waste any time.

I had been unable to unclog a plugged toilet drain with a consumer-grade snake, so I called the company, and they set a time that morning. John arrived within the time-frame I was given, removed the clog and cleared out any other buildup down in the drain pipe, and he answered my questions (about water pressure, damaging plastic drain pipes, etc.). He charged the minimum and I had a $10 Angie's List coupon. This was a good value in that he did the work and also provided information so I'm prepared for next time.

I really liked the electricians a lot. They seemed to do a very good job. I don't have complaints with any of their jobs. I would use them in the future.

Timely arrival (indeed called to ask if he could come early) and a careful, systematic search for the problem led to cutting away of a small part of undamaged ceiling to access pipe and install hanger/metal brace. His work was careful, clean, thorough...

They had to change the time twice but they were in constant contact with the scheduling. I thought the price was a little high but the work was done well. They were very nice.

They answered the phone "live" and had a plumber scheduled for me later that day. Not inexpensive but the service was great and they solved the problem. I would recommend them.

The individual who came was excellent. He climbed up into my attic to determine that the problem was not plumbing. He was also very helpful on the garbage disposal - I have not used one in 30 years and it was just plugged up - he showed me how to unplug it in the future. I really liked him and had planned on keeping the company as my go to plumber - until I saw the bill. It came a week or so later and was $192 for two hours. You would think I would check that out first - but I didn't. Anyway - I thought $96/hour a bit pricey no matter how much I liked them.

They were fine and they fixed the problem but they were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be.

We went with him because he was able to get in to the work soon. They had a lot of different capabilities. They did quality work. We had them hook up a sink and put in a new water meter in our basement. There hasn’t been any leak or any other issues. the pricing was a little bit high.
