Description of Work: Reinstalled a toilet after a new floor had been laid down, also used them to winterize house for winter(4 Times), then open it back up in spring. Excellent work, easy to schedule and on time.

Description of Work: Not totally dissatisfied but a couple of hitches left it short of an "A." Scheduling a bit tricky. A big flood meant my non-emergency job was delayed by a week, but when I went to modify the time of our rescheduled job from noon to AM the update wasn't made meaning I was waiting all AM only to call and hear they were planning on noon. Oh well. They were just fine when they got here though and did the $200 fix for the bigger job, while giving honest and informed info on why the job is a big and necessary job. But I never felt pressured by them, just educated, so that was great. And when, after they left, I found a little piece broken I called up and they came right away and fixed it free of charge. Not an "A+" but overall very happy despite the hitches.

Description of Work: Friday night we discovered a small leak in the basement, from where we could not find. We tried to get our plumber but no answer and tried again in the morning but still no answer and the leak was much larger and we shut our water off. We called ACB from our phone book as they had emergency service. Alan came right up and had everything under control in no time. He was great and the fee was very fair.
