The service was great, price was great and their responsiveness to our various needs was spot-on.

They sent out a team of 2 people to do the work. One of the workers was pretty good - she was working really hard and efficiently. But the other worker was essentially dead weight. This worker was responsible for vacuuming/mopping the floors and the quality of her work was very poor. You could see from the vacuum marks in the rugs that she only vacuumed the center of the rooms - she didn't vacuum fully into the corners. In the kitchen, there were still crumbs in the corners and under the cabinets and they tried to leave without mopping the bathroom floors. I feel bad, if the 2nd worker had been as good as the first I think they could have done a quality job. When they left we didn't have that "ahhh clean house" feeling. We did not have them come back again.

They worked for us almost a year. They deteriorated so much that we let them go. They charge $94 for 2 hours. They were coming out weekly. They stopped moving furniture when they used to vacuum. They broke things. They broke a tiffany lamp. They tried to hide it. They weren't worth coming, and saying that they broke the lamp. It was very annoying. They just put the shade back on, and they turned it around, so I couldn't see the crack. I guess the fellow was vacuuming, and the heap of his elbow might have knocked the lamp off, which broke it right off. He propped it back up there. He had to know that he had done it. I figured out that accidents happen, and I didn't want to go after them. My coffee table is very light, and they used to move it to vacuum underneath; but they stopped moving that. They stopped moving the furniture in the bathroom to vacuum under that. Then they stopped dusting certain areas. They changed the maids. I just got tired of complaining them; rather, I did it myself and saved $94. The price is average and same price as others. They used to clean only few rooms, and if I had asked them to do the whole house, it would have been double. I complained to the manager because they stopped polishing the brass fixtures. She came out and polished the fixture. Then we got to a point where she started arguing with me over silly things. They started well, but ended up poor. They showed up on time. They were supposed to come out by 1 and work for 2 hours; but when I used to come home by 3, they used to be gone. Once I came home early, and the lady was chatting with the people over the phone. If it was an emergency, I can understand; but she was taking about vacation.
