Very thorough , the appraiser arrived on time. The reports were extensive and well supported with documentation and the reports were done by the date in the quote for the appraisal.

Thom, arrived at our home at the time he said he would. We received the full written appraisal exactly when we told we would have it. It was thorough, clear to read and to understand, the comps were very well matched, and the appraisal was very comprehensive. The day after receiving the appraisal, re-reading it over again, we had a few questions to ask Thom. We received a call back w/in a few hrs and were given ample time to ask all our questions and Thom gave us clear answers and we received full understanding of a few aspects of the appraisal. Highly recommend Maine Appraisal Company to anyone looking for a complete and thorough appraisal. Thom was a pleasure to work with.
