Payne Electrical upgraded my Electrical Service. Michael was great from the very first call to completion. His quote was better than the 'larger' firms and he didn't try to upsell for extra work. He always answered his phone, was very direct and honest, and he showed up when he stated (early actually) and completed the job efficiently, cleanly and as quoted. I will certainly recommend him to friends and will call him again if needs arise.

I asked Mike to install large flat screen tv on wall in a way that could be easily fixed when we move out of rental. He and his assistant did a meticulous job. He was totally professional with response time, estimate and work and a nice guy as well. Would highly recommend.

I found Michael Payne through your service and yesterday he came to the building and installed LED lights throughout the common areas. Initially I chose him for two reasons: (1) reasonable bid; and (2) good personality over the phone. I was highly impressed by his work. He showed up on time - something I am not used to in the city. He and his assistant did excellent work, his choice of light fixtures was perfect and they cleared up when they were finished. Very impressive, I have hired him to be our building electrician and will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. The owner of the second floor unit needed a bathroom fan replaced and he also performed this task and it looks fantastic. I have also informed him that when the weather improves I would like him to install LED lighting in my unit. Thank you for your excellent service which I will also recommend to everyone.
