Looking at the roof, sure it looks great. However our roof started to leak and water was coming into the house between the sheet rock. I had another trusted contractor come over to assess. The problem was that Kevin Leary did not water shield correctly around the skylights. He took short cuts and did poor quality work. The area that was fixed had to be completely re done, costing 2,300.00. In the spring we will have to re do the other side of the roof for another 2,300.00. Not to mention another part of the house with skylights, probly another 3,500 to 4,000.00. What a waste hiring Leary in the first place.

Overall went very smooth.

On 4/27 I sent this individual an email via Angie's List to get a quote for some repairs on my garage. More than 2 weeks later I have not heard anything back.

Kevin and his team are amazing! First, he returned my phone call right away and came over when it fit my schedule to measure the roof, work up an estimate and show me shingle samples. As soon as I picked out the shingles, we scheduled to have the work done. My house is over 70 years old and we guessed the roof was probably 30 years old or more. I had lost quite a bit of it due to several storms the winter of 2010/2011 along with the ridge vent, which was torn clean off. He and his team arrived at 7AM (he let me know this would be the hour and gave me an option for a later time, but we wanted to just get it done). They got to work immediately stripping the old roof away. Large tarps were put in place to protect my plantings, windows and walkways. Everyone was very nice and friendly to my dog, my son and my son's friends. (Twelve year old boys love to be in the thick of things, so this is harder than it sounds.) By 2PM they were done! What was truly impressive is how clean everything was left. My driveway and walkways were cleaner than when they arrived, with not one piece of debris left behind. The new roof looks great and here we are 8 months later with no problems at all. Highly, highly recommended.

Great, came back and fixed a couple things I needed him to take care of.

I highly recommend Kevin Leary & Co. They were friendly, fair and professional. They were fast! But they paid attention to details. It turned out some rotten wood had to be replaced but they did it almost for free. Kevin and his crew are great guys. He was willing to take the time to discuss options. Another roofer offered me a somewhat better price, but I would have had to wait a month to get the work done. Also it was clear that Kevin did a much more careful check of my roof, before submitting his bid, so I had more faith that he knew what he was getting into. If I need more work done, I'll call him again.

Kevin and his very experienced crew did a wonderful job roofing our house and garage. From first contact when I left him a phone message to the final cleanup of the whole project Kevin was prompt, responsive, and professional. He responded within 4 hours of my phone message, made arrangements to meet with me the next day to discuss the project and give me a proposal. We had three estimates to do the work and they were all close, but Kevin was the lowest. Kevin and his crew started the work on Wednesday morning and completed the job mid-day Friday. Working with Kevin was a refreshing experience in that he did an excellent job keeping us informed, telling us his schedule, and meeting the deadlines he set.

So far he has been fantastic. He has a great price and he is very professional. I know a lot of builders around town and they all sound glad to hear that I?m using Kevin when I tell them. I met with several roofers and I chose him; I?m a choosey guy so that speaks volumes. His professionalism stands out to me; he?s a true professional and I appreciate that.

He was very professional and explained every step of the process. They achieved all timelines and were on target with high quality of work--highly recommend Kevin O'Leary.

The price includes tearing off three layers of the roof and disposal of the old roof. They were great! They cleaned up very well. They were very professional. We thought the price was fair. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. So, even though they were not cheapest, they did excellent work. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
