The service provider was not professional, did not show up for the first time because they did not have the appointment recorded according to them. They were rude, unprofessional, and that was a very bad experience for me. I will give a second chance to the service next time.

He was very prompt and did an excellent job.

Plumber agreed to be at the house near noon. It is now 5:40 and no show. I tried calling back to see if i should schedule another plumber but he never returned my multiple followup calls.

I would highly recommend Aube's Plumbing and Heating to anyone with a clogged drain issue - or any other plumbing/heating issue. My laundry drain was so clogged that it would take a day or two for the drain to clear enough for me to do another load of laundry - major issue for someone who needs to do laundry daily. I had called another plumber initially who came to the house and attempted unsuccessfully to unclog the drain after spending over 3 hours. I then called Aube's. They answered my call immediately and were at my house in less than 2 hours. They spent about an hour of time total on the job and when they left drain was clear! They were extremely responsive, experienced, honest, efficient, professional/courteous and reasonably priced for this service. Thank you, Aube's!

They are great. They are prompt, polite, and professional, They are reasonable in price and trustworthy.

Contacted vendor on a Friday, late afternoon (4:00 pm). Was asked to call back and leave contact information as vendor was currently on a job. I never received a return call. I even called again on the following Tuesday. Still no response from this vendor. I don't understand why a vendor would not return a call from a new prospective customer. Guess they don't need any new customers? How can I recommend this company that fails won't follow-up with customers?

I was very pleased, and glad to have found a company that I believe I can trust.
