Every time you take your vehicle there they re-inspect it as they say it's been a while since you been here we need to look it all over again it had only been since Dec. just 3 months earlier. However this company on my first trip there came up with 7 pages of repairs needed to the tune of $4000 roughly. Had me practically scared to death to drive my van. I went in with my 7 pages of work from my December visit and said I can only do enough to get it inspected. Well as usual they took it in the garage and re-inspected it inside/upside down underside and what ever they were looking for. You know this time they came up with totally different diagnosis. I had paperwork for certain repairs yet when they came see me my Barings were ok and so were several other items but it still cost me $1200 for sway bar bushings. Oh and you can have either 2 year warranty on parts or life time. Now really is anything ever warrantied for a lifetime? Well I needed the van inspected and did the work. But soon found out the other stuff wasn't needed and to boot, my 7 pages of work I needed in December were not returned to me, the quickly disappeared. Stupid me I didn't think about it until the next day when they had time to chuck them out. to go get the original repair papers I had from my first visit there. My neighbor has friends they swear by them they do good, my mother took her car there and got ripped off for $2000 when they saw a 75 year old lady come in. My mother didn't know and went ahead and did the work they had her scared her car was unsafe. Nothing was really fixed on her car as the same thing came back a few months after. And my van now those sway bar bushings I needed for $1200 I'm having them replaced less the two years later at a dealership garage for $160.00. They took all my tax money that year and then some plus my mothers 2 grand. This garage is a rip off big time!!! I would never recommend anyone to go there, not even for a 1st trip. I don't get the 10% off coupons from them anymore gee I wonder why they must have figured I'm not a stupid women they can take again. if you like having your car inspected for stuff you don't need repaired just head on over to Harding's if you have money to blow, cause they love to scam you especially if they think you don't know anything about cars or your a woman! this garage is a scam garage! I wonder if they ever do anything honest other than an oil change.

I think there looking for problems. However, it was my first trip there they came up with 7 pages of repairs needed to the tune of $4000 roughly each job broken down. They had just gotten $2000.00 from my mother with this. Seems to be a woman things they can take us through the cleaners. I made arrangements to try them again in a couple months when I got my income tax money to have what it needed done to get it inspected in February. I feel they thought I would say go ahead an fix the Repairs. but couldn't financially! See next visit!

very unprofessional company. was given a list of items in needed for state inspection that were not needed when i ultimately took my vehicle to another provider

From the inspection he said not to buy the truck. He found that the car dealer Hight Ford put an inspection sticker on the the vehicle only to find that ball joints, rotors wouldn't pass a sate inspection. Needless to say he saved me $16,000 and didn't charge me for the inspection.he also that I can bring any vehicle that I am interested in to bring by he'll inspect it at no charge/

Better then expected. They had a vehicle for me to use free so it was no inconvenience at all.
