Swanick Builders

Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again.

Removed old deck and replaced with a new deck twice the size, very happy with the project, they did an amazing job would hire them again! They walked me through every step and listened to what I wanted, they were professional and they cleaned up the work area each day. I love my new deck and very happy with the work they did. The price was very reasonable!

They were easy to have around. Very quiet. They were very thorough and picked up every day.very pleased.

Great guy to work with. He listens and can envision what youâ re looking for. He has an amazing talent for making things work when you need more space for storage, etc. He was also able to reverse engineer our kitchen cabinets and appliances to fit in a â new buildâ , at a considerable savings. He subcontracts with an equally amazing group of people to do work such as roofing, flooring, siding, etc. Heâ s built some beautiful properties on the seacoast. Heâ s highly recommended by my family.
