He never stopped by to look at the job so I never received an estimate. Called him twice.

The workers showed up promptly every day. They were good about answering questions and consulting with me when questions arose. They explained, in advance, that sometimes there were problems with various parts of the work. Fortunately, we didn't run into any of the problems that might have arisen in an older house. The front door was delayed so a worker I hadn't met before came a couple of weeks later to install it. He was as prompt and courteous as the previous workers were. There were some design decisions to be made and I appreciated his suggestions.

I couldn't be happier with the product used, the professionalism of the crew (a shoutout to Steve) and Mike's honesty and integrity. I heartily recommend Mac's. Excellent work all around.

Work quality was top notch and crews were friendly and picked up after themselves. Mike answered all questions promptly and efficiently. Work was completed on schedule. I would highly recommend this company for similar work.

Canceled and rescheduled appointments three times ( did call). Five weeks later, still have not heard back from him. He has a good reputation, but I have found him unreliable. If he can not keep appointments, and never gets back, That's not someone I can feel comfortable doing business with.

He is great. The quality of work was outstanding. They cleaned up well after they were finished. They came and took out all the old windows and installed the new one within a few hours. I was impressed with the results of the new windows.
