+ -1 moreCalled Eliot Small Engine Repair yesterday Noon about my snow blower that wouldn't start. 2 hours later they came by with their truck, loaded up my snow blower, and this morning they delivered my repaired snow blower, added an inexpensive and necessary maintenance, as well as advise on keeping it running well. It works better than ever. The total bill was much lower than I expected. Great people, great work, great service, fast and very reasonably priced. Six stars! Thank you! - Lee, South Berwick

Description of Work: Extremely positive experience from start to finish. Great work, excellent communication. Needed my generator fixed and got that plus a tutorial, with an invitation to call if any problems. I wasn't so sure about how to use the generator, so I took them up on their offer -- called back and Scott came out again to review with me and get me going. A true gentleman.

+ -1 moreI do business with them frequently, probably isnt a month goes by that I dont need parts or have a question. They are helpful on the phone, parts prices are reasonable considering the overhead. I cant say I have ever had any problems with service or parts. Good people!
Description of Work: I have been doing business with Eliot Small Engine for years. They have always treated me well. They have competitive pricing on outdoor power equipment and sell only quality products. The last service call was for a bent auger on my tractors snowblower. I hit a large rock and it bound up between the housing and auger...I couldnt believe it bent that 1 inch solid steel shaft but it did. A new auger was 700.00 dollars but they saved me a bunch by somehow straightening the shaft. Not sure how they did it...maybe a jack and a length of chain but I was sure happy that they saved me A LOT of money. They also offer puckup and delivery service at a fair price which is a godsend for those of us without the means to transport a large garden tractor.
