 + -1 moreI could not have been more pleased! David was in near-daily communications with me by phone or email to keep me informed of progress and to discuss issues. Once construction was begun, there were no gaps when nothing was happening, something uncommon in the industry. David was on-site or dealing with suppliers/subcontractors in excess of 95 percent of the time, normally working side-by-side with his employees. Since move-in, he has been immediately responsive to resolve issues as they emerged. I think he has had to return only twice, the initial work was so superior. While he is not the cheapest builder in the area, he is certainly one of the best and most reliable, and the quality of his work was worth every cent of the cost. I have nothing but praise for his work.
Description of Work: This firm built my retirement home in NH from initial land survey to key turnover. This was done while I was living in Virginia with only occasional visits to the site by me. The builder coordinated closely with me and the architect, hired and supervised all subcontractors, and was a constant presence on the building site.
