Allen Gould Carpenter

Allen built a covered deck/porch that is beyond our expectations for quality and service. He's the hardest worker I've ever seen... and my father was a contractor with many helpers. Punctual, skilled, fair, and honest; he's simply the best around.

This was my 2nd experience working on my home with Allen Gould. He arrived on the job site exactly as promised at 7:30AM, worked non-stop without any breaks (except lunch in the truck on the way to Home Depot for supplies) throughout the day to 4:30 PM. He wasted not a moment of the day, working diligently toward the final goal in the allotted time. We actually finished the job early and managed to squeeze in the gutter repair work. Allen is meticulous in detail work, framing, window installation, repairs and finish work. I consider myself extremely meticulous and found that Allen's work exceeded the level of detail that I demand of my own work. I opted to hire Allen for this job as I was not comfortable removing 5 casement windows, reframing and replacing them with the 4 Andersen double-hung in a gang fashion. This was my 2nd experience working on a project on my home with Allen's help and guidance and it was an awesome experience. Allen also offers a wide range of other carpentry, framing, repair and Post and Beam skilled craftsmanship. I would be happy to speak with anyone considering hiring Allen for their project.
