we had to manually empty the tub after every use. after contacting bub about the issue he came out on christmas eve, yea, thats right, christmas eve. after about 2 hours everything was perfect! i know bubs hourly rate is 65 an hour, but he only charged us 45 for 2 hrs coming out on a day like christmas eve. you cannot beat that. we plan on using him everytime we need anything involving heating or plumbing.

Mr. Andrews had put back a toilet removed by some workmen who had repaired the floor in the bathroom. He was supposed to replace a faulty valve in the basement for the outside water. After he checked this, the next day I had no hot water. I called him and over the next three days he was unable to fix the problem. He said I needed a new mixing valve and he replaced it the next day, however still no hot water. He said I might need a new coil however the loss of hot water was sudden so that didn't make sense to me. I called Dead River and they came out and replaced the mixing valve and in 30 minutes I had hot water. The service man said there was a very old mixing valve in place. It had obviously not been replaced. You will have to draw your own conclusions.
