Todd Harrison Construction

I called Todd on Tuesday afternoon and he was there 7:30 am the next day. He did an awesome and very thorough job and charged a very reasonable fee. He went above and beyond. When I need any work done, I will be calling Todd again.

We have used Todd Harrison in the past for home improvements and additions. This time, we didn't even bother comparing with other builders because we knew we already had the best and that he would be responsive, thoughtful, and fair in the building of our new home and barn. When we first approached Todd about the new project, he recommended KBA architects for the design phase. An excellent recommendation. He remained involved throughout the design process, making valuable recommendations that both improved design and flow of the home, and incorporated cost savings. We are building now. Todd maintains an active role in every aspect of the project. He is on site most days and is most often working along side his team. He's great about keeping his subs lined up efficiently and demands the highest quality results. The job site is always busy and always left clean at the end of the day. He consults with us often and is always taking advantage of opportunities to shorten time and costs when viable. This is a big project with a big price tag and we have complete faith that the end product will be exactly what we envision. The truth is we probably won't work with any other builder again. Before we met Todd (and his wife/business manager Michelle), we'd had a disappointing experience with another builder, so we have a frame of reference to base this recommendation on.
