I can't say enough good things about Bob and his service. We were overseas when he performed his inspections, so he had to liaise with our real estate agent - contacted her to schedule, etc. He had several long phone conversations with me explaining items on the report and talking about what it would take to remedy it. Based on the completeness of his data, we withdrew our contract on the first house. When we bid on another house (again, we were overseas in the service), we had no qualms whatsoever hiring Bob to inspect it. He again did a great job, everything is very thorough and complete. The house is not without its problems, but based on Bob's work, we know exactly what we are dealing with. Another thing is, Bob is RUGGEDLY INDEPENDENT. He does not work for real estate agents. His service was worth every penny to us. If you are making a big investment in a house purchase, take my advice and hire Bob. He will tell it like it is.
