 + -1 moreSam looked it over, came back with a price and had one of his employees (Walter) do the work which involved removing about 10 sf of concrete from the face of the wall with a jackhammer, rebuilding the area with rock and cement and repairing four or five smaller openings. The work was done in a timely, professional manner. I found Sam easygoing and direct and would use him again.
Description of Work: Repaired seawall.

Description of Work: Installed a 9' x 17' patio (hand excavated, picked up & set various drainage material, selected stone, cleaned & sealed final stone product) in 3 days. This was a project I had just begun. Due to an injury sustained hand excavating I was unable to continue. I searched on-line for local professional assistance. Sam was able to respond immediately by cell phone (part of ServiceMagic service) & set up an estimate appointment for later that week. He provided a detailed project outline, answered my questions, provided a verbal estimate on the spot to be followed up by a written/document email estimate (no surprises between the two,) worked with me to arrange a project schedule that suited my needs. He is fully insured, does what he says he's going to do how, when, where he has so discussed for the stated price. Sam & Dennis are both honest hard working professionals who usually build and repair chimneys and fireplaces, but have no problem doing patio work or working with women: No attitude. Thanks to both I now have a lovely outdoor area to enjoy for years to come. They will return next year to install a front walkway. THANK YOU Sam & Dennis !!
